We offer estate representation as a service at Chatuge Elder Law. Here are some facts about estate representation: 

Fact: An estate attorney can assist you with all matters of the estate. 

  • An estate attorney can assist you in all matters regarding the estate, including but not limited to, helping the executor with probate proceedings, representing the estate in court proceedings, and providing legal advice. ​

Fact: You can discharge your representation any time for any reason. 

  • An estate attorney representing your estate may be discharged by you at any time and for any reason, but you will be required to compensate the attorney for services already rendered.
