Estate Updating & Revising

If there was to be one further addition to the old adage that the only things guaranteed in life are death and taxes, it would most likely be that things change. These changes can have a tangible impact on our lives, and as a result, we may want to modify our wishes. Fortunately, the process of updating your estate plan to reflect these wishes can be both easy and convenient.

Here at Chatuge Elder Law, we understand that you may wish to revisit your estate plan to, for example, update your plan to reflect changes in your assets or to revise your past wishes to better demonstrate your current ones. Throughout the updating and revising process, we work closely and attentively with you to ensure that your current wishes are better reflected in your estate plan. In conjunction, we can further review your estate planning documents to verify that the plan has not been crippled by legislative changes and that your documents have all of the necessary provisions to ensure that your wishes are carried out. Please read below to learn more about some of the estate updating and revising services we offer.
